Free Shipping

Your order will be shipped free of charge. Should you request a specific type of shipping, not being one of our standard options, extra charges may be applicable. 

 

Packaging

Each banknote comes in a full color folder for safekeeping and will be sent by envelope or box, depending on the number of notes you order. Only orders of 50 banknotes and above will be sent with track and trace code. 

 

Delivery

Your order will be delivered by our logistics partner at the address indicated by you, so please make sure you enter the correct address. If you are not at home to receive the package our logistics partner will leave you a message indicating how you can collect your order. Please note that our logistics partners do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

If delivery should fail, the package will be returned to One Banknote.
